Daviah IO LLC ("Daviah," "we," "us") operates daviah.io. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

What we collect

• Information you give us: name, email, company, and message content from contact forms, demo bookings, and waitlist signups.
• Phone calls: if you call our business line, we collect your phone number (caller ID), a recording and transcript of the call, and any details you provide such as your name, company, and preferred appointment time. Calls are answered by an AI assistant that discloses both facts at the start of every call.
• Automatic data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs collected through standard server logs.
• Cookies: we use functional cookies required for site operation. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies.

How we use it

• Respond to inquiries, schedule demos, and send updates you requested.
• Send a single SMS confirming a demo appointment you booked by phone. We do not send marketing text messages, and we do not share phone numbers with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
• Operate, secure, and improve daviah.io.
• Comply with legal obligations.

How we share it

• We do not sell or rent your personal information.
• We share data only with vetted service providers needed to operate the site, under written confidentiality terms. Our current providers include:
  • Railway — application hosting and database infrastructure.
  • Cloudflare — DNS, CDN, and edge security (including bot mitigation and TLS).
  • Twilio — telephony and SMS delivery for our business phone line and appointment confirmations.
  • ElevenLabs — the AI voice assistant that answers our business line, including call transcription.
• We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

SMS Data Protection Statement

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS consent records with any third party or lead generator under any circumstances.

• What we collect for messaging: your phone number and a timestamped record of your consent, captured verbally on a call you place to us. The script we read is published at daviah.io/sms-consent-script.
• How we use it: to send texts about an appointment you booked — the confirmation, and any reschedule or cancellation. We send no marketing or promotional texts.
• Message frequency: varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Opting out: reply STOP to any message to stop immediately. Reply HELP for help, or email support@daviah.io.
• Retention: we keep phone numbers and consent records for 24 months after you opt out, solely to honor the opt-out and to meet our record-keeping obligations.

Data retention

Contact and waitlist submissions are retained until you request deletion or until they are no longer needed for the purpose collected. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security and debugging.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing admin@daviah.io.

California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to: (i) know what personal information we collect and how we use it; (ii) request a copy of that information; (iii) request that we correct or delete it; and (iv) opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. Daviah does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise any of these rights, email admin@daviah.io. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Children

Daviah is a business platform and is not directed at individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

International transfers

Our servers are located in the United States. By using daviah.io you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, providing additional notice.
